This platform provides a condensed version of Ndiye Michael Kebonye's research. I am interested in AI-driven environmental monitoring and assessment research.

 

The main driving questions are:

1. How do we quantify or measure our natural resources (such as soils, vegetation, and so on) in areas where we have not sampled or cannot sample?

2. How do natural resources change over time and space? Can we replicate this with AI-based technology?

3. Can we create reliable, simple-to-understand models to aid in our understanding of the natural world?

 

My research concentrates on these to better understand the ecosystem and how to manage and protect it for the future.
